Our geological solutions range from grass-roots exploration to advanced resource definition drill-outs. This includes data compilations & reviews, target generation, programme design and planning, budgeting, drill supervision, logistics, project management and implementation. Richard Smith Crudes has a broad international team of experienced personnel representing a range of different cultures enabling it to adapt and work anywhere on Earth.
If warranted, Richard Smith Crudes will design an exploration program to assess mining reserve quantity, quality, and mineability; supervise program implementation; and evaluate results. The scope may range from reconnaissance level field investigations to intensive mine development drilling by skilled geologists.
Richard Smith Crudes understands the unique aspects of remote-location logistics-such as equipment, procurement, accessibility, and staff accommodations. To define specific site conditions or general geologic trends, we use remote sensing and geotechnical and hydrological testing.
Beyond exploration, Richard Smith Crudes will analyze the raw data and develop geologic models of the coal or mineral deposit.
